Also strategies for eating healthy at restaurants, on the go, in weekends and holidays ++.
Part three is physical activity and exercise. Chapters about exercise to get in shape, loosing weight and feeling better. Tips on different kinds of training - cardio, strength, flexibility and balance, including suggestions for programs and exercises. Strategies to suceed, like planning, enjoyment and getting started. Also chapters about how to be active in weekends, holidays, bad weather and when energy is low.
