The meaning of "Inner Axis" is the inner center of one's body and soul - that which keeps you aligned and what guides your thoughts, actions and emotions. The system Inner Axis teaches balance among the mind, body and soul and provides stress relief, overall feeling of health and well-being. It is mainly a breathing practice accompanied by simple poses. It teaches us to take the time to do what makes us feel good and repeat it daily for a better life.
