Law firm specializing in estate planning (wills and trusts). Target market is young families as well as the elderly. I selected "evolved legal" as the name of the firm to convey that the firm is a superior law firm and takes a modern approach to practicing law: *Client wishes are accurately embodied in estate plan documents *Attorney is very trustworthy with sensitive information and has a high degree of experience and expertise *Client-centered approach to all legal work • Attorney and client are on the same team at all times • Flat fees so clients know what they will be charged in advance • Accessible information for clients about what to expect at each stage of the process (e.g. timeline) • Clear, client centered website that is accessible and clear to clients of all ages and backgrounds • Availability to clients for questions without a charge for basic questions • Clear communications and expectation setting • Responsive to client concerns and questions in a timely manner • Highly personal approach to practicing law, care about clients personally (treat all clients as you would friends) • Unique custom-tailored solutions: Present clients with options and let them decide, do not upsell or do things that do not make sense for each particular client’s situation *Authenticity and genuineness • True to self at all times • Less rigid formality • Treat all clients and staff with the utmost respect and kindness *Practice law radically differently than has been done traditionally – Think Different • No stuffy or pretentious feelings • No egos • No suits and ties or dusty law books • Throw the rule book about law firm culture, egos, etc out the window • Highly modern, hip approach to marketing and firm culture (flexible/adaptive, vibrant, creative, artistic, strategic, open-minded) • Mindful practice of law from a place of solid grounded presence • Follow trends in other industries to meet client expectations about streamlined processes, websites, and technology • Use of technology wherever and whenever possible to increase efficiency (especially in the intake process) • Be responsive to changing societal circumstances *Sleek design and streamlined processes making things seamless and easy (think Amazon, Google, Lyft, Uber, Airbnb, etc. but for legal services and estate planning).
