I need an icon created for a universal IPhone/IPad/IPod business application. The application shall be called "AltNexus Agile Checklist", and I am looking for look and feel similar to Microsoft's icon for their books http://itunes.apple.com/ca/app/agil…75818?mt=8

For example - "AltNexus" in white/light grey at the top, and then "Agile checklist" in Light grey/Yellow/Red at the bottom with a dark blue background similar to the blue used in the logos attached.
