Stack Overflow is the industry's leading programming Q & A visited by half the world's Software Developer/Programmer population. The site is collaboratively built and maintained by its community of programmers. Stack Overflow receives about 30Million monthly page views from more than 6 million absolute unique visitors.

We post many contests on 99 Designs and love the site and quality of work that we get. Please help us create a banner directing our audience to a short user survey.

We're looking to better understand the demographics of our audience to ensure the advertising we put in front of them is relevant and collect their feedback on how to improve the site.

Here's where we need your help. We want a banner that is creative and sharp, and that will encourage people to click and take our short survey.

The target audience includes any Developer/Programmer using Stack Overflow.

We are looking for a 220x250 static banner.

We have a few ideas to get you started. These are suggestions that we brainstormed, but please do not feel restricted to submitting options that align only to these.

Suggestion 1: (Basic) Language including "Your Opinion Matters" with the Stack Overflow logo in a sharp and eye catching design.

Suggestion 2: Language including "I'd Like to Get to Know You Better" with a pretty girl (maybe even wearing a tee shirt that has the Stack Overflow logo on it)

Suggestion 3: Language including "We Need You" with a Developer/Programmer guy w/ glasses pointing (think the famous Uncle Sam image)

Also, somewhere on the banner we want to make it clear we're asking our audience to take the short survey. Can be as basic as "Take Survey Now" or more creative.
