E-invite and Reminder for Grand Opening Celebration

We are a pilot training business and need an e-invitation, as well as an emailed reminder to RSVP to our Grand Opening Celebration. The email invitation will go out next week, with the reminder going two weeks later and then again two weeks after that. Information to include: Please Join Us for A Grand Opening Celebration Thursday, September 23, 2021 from 4-7pm 5649 South Avery Circle, Bldg. 1 Mesa, AZ 85212 Tours, Dinner, Live Entertainment RSVP: LINK This needs to be aviation themed and may or may not include some elements of desert theme. I will attach images of our new facilities and planes to possibly be used as well as a couple of silhouettes we have of our planes in case that seems a good direction to go. Since the new facilities do not have signage yet, it may not be ideal to center the invitation around these images, but I added them for inspiration or in case they can be used in a creative way. We want the feel of the invitation to be highly professional, sleek, modern and classy, but also convey that this will be a fun celebration. Our actual party will have a very subtle Southwest theme. The view looking out from inside our hangar or out our observation deck is the flight line with the superstition mountains in the background. Our landscaping includes cactus and other desert plants.

We are not doing a ribbon cutting, so please do not include ribbon cutting imagery.
