The cement, storage and any existing companies that are there now need to be incorporate in the project, along with our own proposed parking. The space layout/rendering should be 80% parking and 20% trail running along the water. Regatta Park and Boat Launching pad can be a 100% green park.
Riverside Park(ing) & Waterview Club is a Park lot for cars, boats jet skis, canoes and a place to access the water. There should be some containers and restaurants.
