We are restaurant that focuses on local, fresh quality ingredients. The restaurant has been around for 35 years and I recently purchased it. I am looking to rebrand the image and give it a more modern feel but still stay true to our vintage heritage. Our demographic is primarily 45 plus so I would also like to appeal to the younger 45yr and youngers.
Explanation of Modern/Vintage: Lots of wood interior, with plush leather seats, LED Lights, Slim flat screens, Unique antiques throughout the business yet white modern plates, a trendy logo on leather menus. The food style is comfort food with a gourmet flare. We incorporate local, local, local into our menu.
