Customer Development Marketing is a new department that combines 3 services Health Care Professional Development, eChannel, and Consumer Marketing into one team. It's primary goal is to deliver excellence, service and value throughout the organization, by supporting the various internal brands. Considered to be "silo-busters", we try to learn from one team to assist the other teams with similar challenges. Some specific department objectives include: creating opportunities for more knowledgeable and effiecient approaches, provide unique insights and approaches to brand development, and deliver hands-on executional strength.
