We are a small auto body repair facility in its third generation. We have survived lots of trials over the past 65 years ,but were still here.We have recently experienced modest growth and are ready to go from Ma and Pa to being a legitamate player in our market. Beyond that, the sky is the limit.
We have an excellent reputation and our customer surveys reflect it. We regularly recieve 95 to 100 percent satifaction responses. One area we usually always get right is trust. People trust us. That says alot about a body shop in this day and age. Customers are asking for more during tough economic times. Insurance companies are demanding more to meet shareholders expectactions. Were stuck in the middle, but we dont compromise.
My grandfather fixed cars during the Great Depression. We are looking to the next 65 years. We've done it by caring about people, not stock prices or corporate greed. We love cars too. We know most of you do too. Almost everybody has that cars that brings back great memories. Mine was a 66 red mustang convertible. Man, If the seats in that car could talk!

Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are targeting people 20 to 60 with cars new to 10 years old. In the past we have relied heavely on insurance referal which have been great for our business. However, as we look forward we see the need to draw more of our own customers due to the increasing demand many insurance companies are putting on us.we also want to avoid putting all our eggs into one basket. We are looking for customers who want good repairs and like to reinvest in their cars to keep them longer or hand them down.We have customers who Dad drives a nice 4wd truck, Mom got a sporty sedan and they have a couple of kids .one needs a fast but economical car,the other has a good reliable car.
