Capo Capo translated from Italian means the bosses boss, but this restaurant is about more than being top dog. The feeling will be more like a proud father looking out on his accomplishments. Our focus is on family and being able to enjoy the spoils of your success. It’s about walking into a space where you feel welcomed and at home both by the decor and the staff. It’s about feeling your success and being able to share it with family and friends in a setting that is both sophisticated and comfortable.
It’s about an experience you can’t get anywhere else. Classic Italian dishes are offered with an elevated flair. The large format items on the menu like the tomahawk steaks and suckling pig will make the table look like its set for a King’s feast, and that’s the point.
Capo Capo will be many things. A steakhouse to capture the current business, a casual restaurant to capture the hotel guests, a show piece to help the hotel market other services and testimony to the capital infusion and other renovations.
