We would like to depict strength, but also balance. most of our market is female, but we don't want to turn off the males.
We primarily teach kettlebell and yoga classes, but we also offer secondary classes in zumba and boxing.
Our vision for our clients is achieving full and complete health for themselves. We don't only focus on getting a great workout, but getting them to a point in their lives where they can be physically healthy, and then continue on with learning to be emotionally, spiritually, and mentally healthy as well.
We want our logo to show the fitness side of things, however our 5 & 10 year goals include opening a health and fitness center that also includes massage, naturopaths, family events, and healthy cafe.
We chose the name Centered Health & Fitness because we want our clients to understand that if you are not centered you lose strength and ability to move forward. By centering yourself in exercise & nutrition you can begin the path to getting your body back on track and ultimately achieving health.
Our slogan: Move Right, Eat Right...Be Consistent.
*The picture I attached of the 3 kettlebells is just to give you an idea of what they look like, not to be included as the whole image itself.
