The National Chocolate, Sweets and Confectionery Producers Association (Asociación Nacional de Fabricantes de Chocolates, Dulces y Similares, A.C.) was established in March 26th, 1936. It represents the confectionery industry in the Mexican territory by providing professional services to the associated companies.
Nowadays ASCHOCO has 47 associated companies that represent the confectionery industry.
In 2011 ASCHOCO will be celebrating its 75th anniversary, one of the most traditional and prestigious association in Mexico.
Some of the associated companies are Chocolates Turin, Bremen, Barry-Callebaut, Chocolate Ibarra, Ricolino, Mars, Ferrero, Hersheys, etc.
