概要
Small business just starting out is looking for a logo for the company. We are a residential real estate property management company. We focus on single family homes and condos for mostly individual property owners, but also condo associations.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Individual home owners looking to rent their homes or condos, and condo associations looking for new a new property management company.
必要条件
We're 100% left brain, so it's difficult to explain exactly what we would like to see. We want to see all ideas and are open minded as long as it looks professional (we're not looking for big, bubbly letters).
Style: Clean, Simple, and Crisp. Professional. Not too many colors.
Application of the Logo: website, business cards, letterhead, Facebook, and shirts for employees.
Symbols: I'm not specifically looking for a symbol, but something subtle and simple would be fine. Christian symbols like a cross, angel, or dove are what came to mind.
Colors: Feel free to experiment with colors as we don't have a color scheme yet.
