Especially Leaders and Change Agents -- in government, health care, education, environment, economic and community-development and family health and wellness.
I have no firm requirements in terms of image, color, font, etc. However, I have always appreciated an image that conveys "movement" since our business is the business of "process" and "transition". i.e., - moving from chaos or disorder to order, from confusion to clarity, from low levels to elevated heights, etc. Metamorphoses! I have in the past used a clip art of an inward spiral (see attached file) that moves from the outside to the inside and when it reaches the center, it drives up from the center, like something that has gained momentum and then took-off.
