We're a firm of property managers (letting agents) based in the UK. We manage thousands of properties for landlords across the south coast of England.
We've recently acquired myTenantFind.co.uk and myTenantReference.co.uk.
This new and exciting property portal will allow private landlords (those advertising for tenants without the help of a letting agent) to upload details of their properties to our site, which we will then advertise across hundreds of property portals in the UK eg. Rightmove.co.uk, Zoopla.co.uk, primelocation.co.uk and findaproperty.co.uk.
Landlords will receive the details of potential tenants looking for 'view' the property and then choose their tenants.
This site is for private landlords who want the tenants they have found to be properly referenced. This gives the landlord peace of mind that they are only renting their property to people who are likely to make good tenants.
myTenantFind.co.uk and myTenantReference.co.uk will share a look and feel (hence the one design brief).
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Landlords with property to rent in the UK!
And especially those landlords who do not like to employ a letting agency in order to find their tenants.
UK landlords cannot advertise individual properties on the major property portals. This leaves most private landlords with the only option of advertising in newspaper classified ads. The problem is that all the good tenants are looking for their properties online (Rightmove.co.uk, Zoopla.co.uk, primelocation.co.uk and findaproperty.co.uk)...
That's where myTenantFind.co.uk comes in. We help landlords who are looking for tenants.
With us, landlords get to advertise their properties on all the major property portals (something which they can normally only do through a letting agent) which means they get LOADS more responses than they would if they just advertised in the newspapers.
Landlords, landlords, landlords!!
We're looking for a logo for myTenantFind.co.uk and myTenantReference.co.uk. We've put the two logos on the same design brief because the logos should be pretty much the same.
We're looking for a simple typeface logo that may or may not include an icon/graphic. You should keep in mind that our logo will be reproduced on the property portals (alongside the properties we'll be advertising) and is shown pretty small, so please don't design anything too intricate.
Our brand values are 'value for money', 'ease of use' and 'highly effective'.
'Web 2' / 'Web 3' logos.
Bold, simple design
Logos that look good small
We don't like:
Too many colours
Thanks for reading and we look forward to receiving your design.
