We cultivate fish (mostly for human consumption) and produce in a soil free naturally nutrient rich recirculating system. Target produce include leafy greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, herbs, micro greens and baby greens. Our produce can be delivered farm to table within 48 hours of harvest. Very fresh. Very local. Very healthy. We pump water up into the rack system and gravity carries the water to each plant in the system, hence the name falling waters. Our consumer is restaurants and chefs concerned with fresh colorful full flavored, presentations of locally grown food in the midwest USA. Discerning families cooking at home can also purchase our products. Our Farm is an indoor climate controlled urban operation.
