No Deposit Apartments is a start up property company that specialises in providing no or low deposit solutions to help first home buyers enter the property market and purchase their first apartment (condo).
We market ourselves primarily to a digitally savvy audience, aged between 18 - 40 years of age who have high spending habits, hence their inability to save a deposit for their first home.
We provide one stop finance and property solutions as well as first home buyer advice for buyers. We make home ownership possible for first home buyers who would usually not be able to afford to purchase in sought after locations.
We envisage our branding to potentially capture 'first time', 'possibility', 'personal success', 'opening doors'. It could also somehow represent 'zero' or 'effortless' or 'missing piece' as we are providing no deposit options for first time home buyers who have not been fortunate enough to save a deposit.
Our identity will be mostly visible across social media and search where we will generate the majority of interest in our brand.

We wish to have an instantly recognisable logo and may invite the winning designer to work on complementary logos for our other brands. For example: No Deposit Apartments, No Deposit Townhouses and No Deposit Real Estate.
