Takeout restaurant. We sell porchetta sandwiches and potatoes, with a few other toppings and sides that vary by season. Ramarìn is Italian piemontese dialect for rosemary, a key ingredient in the porchetta. I don't want to come off as very Italian though, because things similar to porchetta are found all around the Mediterranean and Latin America, and also because Italian fast food has a stigma. I used the dialect of Piedmont because this area of North Carolina is also called 'Piedmont'.
