Lyrical Science is a platform where scientists can pitch their research to philanthropists and the general public.
Our goal is to provide the right sounding board for scientists to capture their fan base and raise the kind of funding they couldn't have otherwise gotten through traditional grants. Scientists can focus on the science while we focus on the fundraising. You can think of us as a PR and advocacy kickstarter for science.

We want to offer an image of a philanthropy model that rejuvenates science in fun, interesting ways but still brings in significant funding and helps deliver science that can cure cancer. So our image is young, fresh and creative, but also bold, serious and effective. We want our logo to reflect this tone. We want to be a cool start-up that serious scientists want to use.
We realize we are giving the impression that we are involved in music (with words like 'lyrical' and 'pitch'). We want to avoid images of musical notes to prevent any confusion. The idea behind "lyrical" science is to show that our platform is about delivering science to the public in a beautiful and expressive way.
