Create the next logo for Encore Construction

Encore Construction is an established design and build company specializing in custom homes and renovations. We also hold a contract with a large modular home builder where we crane and set the modules resulting in turn key houses. this accounts for about 60% of our business. Our company s represented by contemporary, innovative and modern design where function follows form. Our target market is primarily upper middle class clients, who have a keen sense of design, style and functionality.

We are looking for a modern, strong logo/symbol to work along with the textline "Encore Construction". We do like the general colour scheme (black, white, grey, deep orange), but are open to slight adjustments. We would also like to see work done on the text for "Encore Construction" - possibly different fonts (stay with Sans-Serif please), and possible accenting elements (gradients, outlines, etc.) - stylish, not overblown. The logo/symbol and text line should work well on both dark and light backgrounds. The logo/symbol can incorporate elements of construction, but nothing cheesy (hammer, tools, etc.), but should convey more about the creative, modern, high-end services provided by Encore Construction.
