I am a consultant, I help businesses to introduce people change management tools and skills and processes. And, to develop competency in successfully leading the people side of introducing new changes. I assist businesses to analyse the impact of change and prepare strategies and plans to be successful in introducing sustainable change.

The emphasis for me is all about people. I focus on human behaviour and try to identify ways to facilitate change, breaking down resistance and getting people to buy in. The key differentiator for by business is the focus on sustainable change, long term change, what happens after we make the changes, how do we make it stick, how do we profit from it.
My target audience is organisations providing services to business e.g. training, so we can make their training stick better with some change management OR small to medium businesses directly who want to build their capability in introducing and sustaining change. By change I mean they might introduce new processes, new tools or systems or they might be transforming their identity and values
I want a logo that is not too corporate, i want something that is clever or at least symbolises what I am about in one or more aspect. I want a logo that is exciting, or active or inspiring, or at least vibrant - i am focussing on helping people to be more successful.
