3D LOGO may lead to future business and close early

The Real Alliance

First of all we actually need the logo ideally by next thursday so we may close the contest early so please don't wait to see what other artist have done on wednesday to submit. If we see what we like, we are going to end it by Wednesday at midnight, and make payment immediately.

Our Motto: Real Investors, Real Deals, Real Support

We are a community of real estate investors (basically we buy, fix up, sell houses and apartment complexes.)

We are starting a group, heavily focused on the community feel, where we train and support people on strategies to do what we do.

Key concepts include - Detailed descriptions of concepts, support for team members, and real deals taking place in the community.

The word CORE exists in several of our products, both as an acronym for what we do, and as a symbol of the desire to be authentic in who you are as a group member.

Also we promote a benchmarking program that guides and monitors progress of participants in application of our education. So they actually progress to higher status within the program, from apprentice, to protege, to specialist to mastery and finally to an elite group called the Core elite. This group will have to have reached certain monitary success as well as charitable contributions to society.

And will meet monthly to be collaborate on how to support each other and our businesses, as well as develop others in the process.

Our target audience is individuals who want to start their own businesses, and get into real estate business.

The ideal audience will be younger enterpreneurs, people that want freedom from a job etc. Also people that like technology and have some money.

We really like the theme styles developed by the developers of the icons found at iconshock.com - I've included a few of them here.

Rounded corners, and light effects, along with reflections on words are all cool aspects of logos we like.

An original concept involves the word Real on one side Alliance on the other of a Building whose windows show through to a core that glows green. The building is a black/grey color. We like the greens found in some of the logos included.

The final result should be provided to us in atleast a photoshop or ai file, ideally both, from their we can create other file types.

Size should be large enough to at one point blow up to a large poster size. Though often will be used simply as a logo on a website.

We are open to all ideas. Concepts that involve block letters R A with a core showing through is appealing, though we have been unsuccessful at making that look good from our own ideas.

Color schemes we like can be found in the real alliance logo film quality.gif and real alliance logo new. Which are attempts at accomplishing our goal, that don't fit the feel of other logos.

I've attached a zip file with some ideas we like as well as another zip file with the type of art work from iconshock we really find appealing.

We are open to different colors as well in the development we will give feedback as you progress.
