Design an elegant logo with an artsy twist for a restaurant in Italy

Restaurant will be a family Italian restaurant inside the Aquarium, next to Farra Pizzeria & Salad and under Qi Lounge. We will serve aged steak, fresh fish, pasta, antipasti, dessert with a live Aquarium and an open grill and kitchen. We’ll have a great wine list and it will be elegant, high end, classy, Italian and the name should reflect this feeling. Mosaico: ‘Mosaic’ in Italian. It will be represented by some beautiful old Sardinian tiles in a mosaic at the center of the restaurant, smaller mosaic tiles in the bathrooms, in the menus, decor for the dishes, etc. Also can be related to the story of our grandfather and the town. How he created a ‘mosaic’ of different cultures in this little fishing town, making a melting pot of international, colorful, bright people. Also has an artistic feeling.

We want it to be simple enough that we can print the logo or a part of the logo easily on things. We were also thinking to maybe have a hint of a mosaic inside the word 'mosaico' or a part of it somehow. Colors in the space are red/orange terracotta color and turquoise but does not have to be these colors. We want it to be elegant, high class, modern, sophisticated and still inviting and friendly. It is part of the Aquarium group (logo attached) and sister restaurant Farra Pizzeria (logo attached) so you can already see a bit other logos that will be next to it.
