OUR TARGET MARKET: NC has been called the Napa Valley of Oysters. We are targeting white table cloth restaurants and high-end raw bars.

The company has a nautical focus. Shellfish mariculture (aquaculture) is the greenest form of protein production in the world. It is great for the environment. We want to sell our product as a local, sustainable, and delicious product. We want our brand and therefore the logo to reflect the local (North Carolina) roots and boldly announce our quality oyster to consumers.
With the preliminary design we attached, we would like to remove the oyster knife to keep the focus on NC. We would like to see a range of colors and a few different nautical colors, possibly Carolina blue. We would like the viewer to think of quality when they see the logo.
