We use IBM Watson tools (chatbots, data analysis) to gather data (jobs, skills, work trends) and algorithms to match with the best suitable candidates.
The target audience are women looking for flexible jobs. Professions are a matter of the past, we focus on skills, and create new job opportunities that often times didn't exist if we didn't promote them (companies are still using mostly permanent jobs).

Old fashioned incumbents include the typical recruitment agencies, from the high end Korn Ferry and Spencer Stuart, to middle management HAYS and Michael Page, to generalists Adecco and Randstad.
Part of our mission is to help women access SMART JOBS. It isn't only about working mothers. It is more focused on women in general.
We also believe that working relations are more about projects than about a life long relationship. So we promote jobs that are "mission-based", so when it is completed, then the job relation is done and the candidate can move on to the next mission.
