What sets us apart from the competition is our fun atmosphere and amount of our fresh toppings and the creative way on which you apply them. Customers walk in grab a cup and fill it themselves with a choice of different flavored yogurts that are low or no fat and a great alternative to high calorie ice cream. Next they add as much or as little topping from our large selection of fresh fruits, nuts, cereals, candy, and syrups. Then just bring it to the register where we weigh and they pay.
Our atmosphere is light, colorful and friendly. Store colors are cotton candy ish. Light and Sweet. Think fun,sweet, and tasty but still healthy.
Target audience is 70% to 80% women. Women that are health conscious and care about there figure but still enjoy sweet treats. Self serve is fun for them and they like the ability to select portion size. This style of store is replacing TCBY's old way of doing things. Think of the young lady that just finished yoga and is going shopping or getting there nails done stopping in to have a sweet healthy treat. Or the mom or whole family that just had lunch or dinner out and they bring the kids in to have an alternative to ice cream. Kids love it because they have the control of making there own creation. Teenagers love it because of the same reasons and that the price is usually much cheaper than a full service yogurt or ice cream store.
In short think Yoga,Women, Teenagers, Families with young kids Groups of Women shopping and anyone that wants a Healthy sweet treat and freedom to make it there way and control portion and cost.
