Instead of waiting on hold to talk to a customer service agent, (eg. AT&T Billing dept) we get them to call you instead. Using the service feels like magic - you can't believe we got you help so fast.

Our website experience will be loading quickly, simple navigation, and no clutter. You can see it at http://www.fastcustomer.com/
Our goal is to "help customers get help by phone quickly". You can use a phone in the logo if you like, but the logo should convey speed and excitement.
Please don't put the customer in the logo. We want to be making our customers fast, but if we show them running it looks like they're working hard.
