We are new gym to Australia that has new and exciting programs that are great for Everyone, of every age of any fitness. We incorporate lots of martial arts based style fitness techniques, Exciting new Personal Training programs from the USA & fun classes such as run clubs & pole dancing. We believe that your fitness is your expression so do it the way you want to!!
Our moto is BE FIT, BE FUN, BE FREE at FREESTLYE Fitness!

men & women aged 16 - 80
we are a new gym in an area that does have a few other gyms but we are different!!! with fresh new idea's and programs. We want to be non offensive, friendly & welcoming.
We are very passionate & very caring trainers that want our audience to feel supported, encouraged & excited about this NEW style of gym in the area
