We are group of 3 women who have a long history in the M&A space. We have a great sense of humor and believe in having fun with the work we do. We work hard and deliver amazing results while trying to maintain a work-life balance.
Our work will include helping companies build out acquisition processes from the HR side - everything from due diligence to integrating people, processes & systems, both in the US & globally. We will provide strategy, training, project management & off the shelf products to help companies successfully navigate an acquisition.

Some of our clients are conservative larger companies but they come to us looking for a boutique firm to offer expertise in a niche area. We'd like to stand out from the McKinsey's and Deloitte's but still inspire confidence and trust in our skills and ability.
We would like the "ma" in Tasman consulting to stand out (representing/playing on "M&A") - whether it is in different color, capitalized or bolded. We think our logo could incorporate the tasmanian devil but we are open to ideas from you!!
