Game site logo and intro needed

We are small team based in the UK and Dubai, that run a network of online gaming sites. We have been using for 99designs for the past few years, ever since it was part sitepoint and we have always had lots of success from our competitions and we hope to continue to do so.

Young boys and girls, mainly boys tho ages anything from 3-18.

I would like a unique and quality flash games intro/preloaded made for my website FreeAddictingGames.com. You can take a look at the current logo.
I would either like something similar or you can come up with your own design. Using the new or old logo design, i'd like you to design me a good game intro/preloader with memorable colors like red or blue that i can use in front of my flash games. I've listed some good examples below of other people’s pre-loaders:

We need something that will look quality, be irresistible to click on and have nice progress bar below.

The current space i have on the site for the logo is 195x90.

This is our second contest of this type here on 99designs, our last contest for a pre-loader was very successful and we chosen the following design:

I've tried to mention as much detail of what i want for this contest, if i have missed out anything, please don't hesitate to ask before starting your design. Eitherway i'll be here to give you constant feedback as you submit your design.

We'd prefer if you can make the flash intro in both AS2 and AS3, but even if you can, we'd still like to see your intro and we could maybe convert it later our self in other flash versions.
