Black Iron Pizza is a fast casual pizza restaurant, which produces Neapolitan pizza from point of order to in your hands in less than 5 minutes. The oven is a large Black Iron block that will have fire coming out of a semi circle door. We will use imported, local and freshest available products to make the pizza. The idea is luxury quality striped down to keep flavors but not all the frills.
The interior is using recovered wood and iron that plays off the fact that my father was a blacksmith, so we are playing up the craftsman aspect of the product. It should be casual, modern, and clean, but have a workman quality to it. It will not have a barn look.
