TRG stands for Trade Range Group. It's in start up phase and will be targetting direct to trade customers with commercial cleaning detergents and chemicals. This will expand eventually in to branded cleaning materials like sponges and cleaning cloths as an add on.
The plan is for the TRG brand to stand out as a fun and fresh company to deal with in what is a fairly old traditional B2B industry with bland labels and little use of technology.
Audience is car detailers, restaurants, cafes, car yards, carpet cleaners, domestic/commercial cleaners who buy cleaning products in bulk sizes like 5L, 25L and 200L rather than from a supermarket.
TRG can be a play on a few things (like tactical response group/police) type logo, we will have sales people in crisp gun metal grey or black coloured shirts with different logos and mainly our logo. Think pit crew at a NASCAR race, or think of how the tactical response guys look when they rock up prepared. That's the bit of fun and approach we are taking with the business.
