We are a eco-conscious restaurant that is focused on healthy, local, organic salads, wraps, and juices. The logo should convey local, green, hip, and modern. Our target audience is young, professional women ages 18-34. This audience is attuned to health, conscious of ingredients, and needs quality food quickly. They enjoy yoga and exercise in their spare time but still like a glass of wine at night to unwind. The logo could incorporate some leaf possibly, maybe a leaf composed of the wordage "Holy City".
