I have been practicing law for about 6 years. For the last 2 and half I have been a corporate in-house attorney. I am looking to offer similar services to more clients on an out-sourced basis (i.e., contract review, corporate governance, employment counseling, starting companies, etc..). I want to use new technology to market the company and create flexible billing models (Web 2.0). I also plan to integrate technology into client services and collaboration.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Primary target will be home based businesses looking to grow; small to mid size businesses needing help controlling costs and minimizing risks; and other individuals seeking to start a business. These are likely middle to upper income individuals.
This is a Northern California firm (Redding, CA area). The legal arena in this market has not made a jump into on-line marketing and promotion, so this is great chance to be first to that segment of clients who look for their attorney on-line and gather information on-line.
Note on design: Sometimes, less is more!
I plan on using this logo for stationary, web site, etc..
I would like to see a set of designs that focus on the traditional "Liberty" themes (i.e., statute of liberty, greek columns, etc..), but also some designs that stray from the traditional Liberty themes (more abstract or just the company name).
You can use "Liberty Law, A.P.C." or "Liberty Law, A Professional Corporation."
You could also incorporate the tag line - "Law Practice 2.0" if you think it looks right.
