We need a logo design to blend in with our web site

- Should have the name Proactive
- Should also look good in black and white print
- Final design should have a transparent background (It is okay for the draft design to have a white background)
- Final file format should be a Photoshop (.psd) version with layers intact
- Should blend in with our web site color scheme
