Best Small Biz Help.com will be a training and support portal for small business owners. We will have a "Panic Button" owners can click to receive real help from smart, experienced, caring people 24/7. We will be the small business help desk for US-owned businesses who generate $1MM or less a year in revenues. The site will have training videos in mini course format, SEO articles on key categories, and videos of entrepreneurs who have great stories to tell. Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Small business owners, would-be entrepreneurs who have great subject matter knowledge, but have never learned the basics of accounting, marketing strategy, sales, planning and budgeting etc. We would eventually like to map the whole site into other languages. Our audience is in distress due to the economy. I get calls every week from people who need help after their bank cut their credit line or wanting to retire and sell their business. Best Small Biz Help.com will institutionalize that help. I've built strategic partnerships w/ Count Me In for Women's independence, Cathedral Consulting Group to execute against this mission.
Really simple logo design that is readable, memorable, distinctive. Less is more. This logo is the header for the web site. The logo will also be used on all other branded materials; bcards, stationery, etc.
We're teaching and mentoring small business owners on a grand scale. We'd eventually like to create a sputnik, the equivalent of a Good Household Seal of Approval, we would publish on the site of those resources we trust, respect and who deliver. This would be a signifier of the brand and steer small business owners to resources that won't rip them off. The presence of the sputnik would reduce the small business owner's risk of purchase.
We're all about content that respects the viewer's intelligence, the need to earn profits and their crushing lack of time. Only what they need when they need it to make money.
