The Blackheath Group comprises two complementary businesses - Blackheath Property Group a property investment and management business, and Blackheath Partners, a corporate advisory business.
The businesses are focused on partnering with clients to achieve their long-term corporate objectives and growth aspirations.
We are a very hands on Consultant preferring to get our hands dirty working within our clients businesses, in many cases actually running them on a day to day basis to assist them achieve their goals, increase their returns or commercialise their IP.
We are a small company and only focus on a few clients who are aligned with our culture. We need to believe that we can add value and work with our clients over the medium to longer term.
the name Blackheath comes from a village in London where we lived for many years. THe village has historical significance as it is where the victims of the black plague where laid to rest and today the the Heath is a place of great social interaction for the area.
Corporate world, but we need to look different and stand out from the noise of everyday consultancy competition - but still professional.
we are looking for a logo for the group that can be translated to the two sub business.
Consistent colors across the logo's will be a necessity
open to thoughts on colors, perhaps three colors reflecting the three entities, red, black and sky blue had been thought about
thinking so far has been around using the initials
would like the logo to be usable on both letterhead and business cards in due course
Clean and nothing too complicated (think apple marketing)
-Nothing too bubbly or cartoon based but at the same time not too serious
or old fashion.
-Feel free to think outside the box (get wild and have fun)
-We need the file in a large size so when we print banners and large media we do not loose quality. We need it if possible in PSD or EPS, and jpeg.
-We need to know the name of the fonts used.
-Would like to see logo used in a business card. We do not need a business card design, just a sample of how the logo would appear on a business card.
- Be creative
- Provide several color schemes. We’re open to anything you think looks good.
- We are cool with urban designs but we are not committed to this, this is just an idea.
- do not copy another logo please make it something original and new.
- do not use cursive font
