Rock Realty Services, LLC will primarily deal with handling Bank Foreclosed properties. When a property owner does not pay their mortgage, eventually the bank will file for foreclosure, and then enlist our firm to secure the property, evaluate the property, manage the property until it is auctioned off at Foreclosure sale, and then Sell the property on the open market once the bank regains ownership.
We manage handle large commercial buildings, single family homes, mobile home parks, Retail Plazas, shopping centers, land, all kinds of Real Estate. We also buy foreclosed properties, renovate and sell these for profit (flipping). We are trying to communicate energy, trust, and solidity (Rock). There is a huge need for foreclosure intermediaries, the bank does not want to do this... so they hire us to do the dirty work, and then sell the property for maximum value. We are a group of young, aggressive Real Estate professionals that help our clients buy and sell properties. I need Stationary designed as well, so when you win the logo, there is more business coming your way....

Our target audience is several groups;
1. Financial institutions, for example Bank of America or Wells Fargo. They have a few properties in NY that are going to foreclosure, they are located in California, they hire our firm to evaluate the property, secure it, winterize it, and then sell it after it is foreclosed, or before.
2. Buyers of distressed properties. People who buy 'ugly' or distressed properties to repair and flip.
3. People who are in danger of losing their property. We can step in and find a cash buyer, or negotiate a short sale between the bank and buyer.
4. Attorneys, estate managers often look to us for estate liquidations, sell the property FAST
We primarily focus on NY based properties, but that will be expanding into other markets in 2011
This logo/icon must look AWESOME. I want to incorporate an image as well as the name. "Rock Realty" is the primary, and Services, LLC is secondary. It can be split up, or just use "Rock Realty". Bold, color is OK.
Should be immediately identifiable, "the Icon".
I will also use this on my letterhead and envelopes. We have embroidered golf shirts and screen printed items as well so extremely intricate designs may present a challenge.
