Process HR is a business which provides the coordination of relevant services to medium to large size businesses. It is not necessarily the direct provider of the services themselves. It’s intention is to assist companies with the challenges they encounter when employing people.
Process refers to the methodology of what the company does. Human Resources is the environment in which the methodology operates.
Process should not be seen only as a mechanical type offering (i.e. symbols of nuts, bolts or cogs is not really the intention). Process in this context refers to the strategy that is put in place, not just a set of transactions (i.e. as comparative to a software company).
The area is innovative and the branding needs to reflect this. The market is corporate but at the heart the services relate to people management. Having said this, the brand cannot afford to be to ‘touchy feeling’ as the services do result in greater efficiencies and subsequent cost savings to the business.
Strong mat colours are suggested on a white background. Other options will be considered if they meet the objectives discussed above. Keep in mind how this design will look in web based communications and on business cards as these will be the platforms for the company.
