The target audience will be individuals, teams and organisation that require niche services for high performance services. The firm will offer both organisational psychology and sport psychology services. The services will be high end delivered by either psychologists or those will extensive expertise in the specific context (e.g. polar explorers, elite athletes, executives).
Serivces offered will be investigation, design and delivery.
The uderlying premise to the services will be about individual and or team effectiveness in tough, challenging or extreme contexts - relying on clarity of objectives, process goals, resilience, self confidence, self-awareness, cohesion and communication.
A latin/greek slogan is likely to be used.
