Simple logo & favicon for my name/domain that conveys uniqueness, & originality

I need someone to create me a simple logo and favicon for myname, which is Jim F Ball.

The logo that’s designed will be used for my website,letterhead and business cards. I am a fitness trainer that offers consulting, coaching and training. I am also a budding author working on several projectsat the moment and will use this site/blog to promote them.

My site is jimfball.com. It is a Revolution 2 Blog theme byBrian Gardner. I am just getting started and know nothing about coding so my logo will need to incorporatewith the colors on the blog for now.

This could lead to future rebranding work. I plan onchanging it in the future so if you have any ideas let me know. This will alsobe a 99designs.com job.

I want my name as a logo to convey the image ofindividuality, originality and personality.

 is my name andtagline that I am using to market myself and my business. 

A Jim-Dandy is defined as an original or excellence of its own kind so Jim's Dandies can easily be defined as something original because its from my own mind.

The tagline isoptional for the logo. I am not dead certain I will want to use it on the logo but I leaveit up to you to decide. This should be a type treatment mainly, but feel freeto introduce any graphical elements along with the name. My name must be part of thelogo.

Ideas...

I do like the idea of a silouette of somebody fit in place of the "I" in Jim like in the movie logo "Invincible" with Mark Walberg or in Donny Deutsch's "Big Idea". I also like the accentuation of the "O" in about.com. Many people just tend to call me "Ball" so that wouldn't be too far of a stretch.

I am not dead set on any of these, they’re just ideas.
