Our Alaska limited liability company is raising capital ($5m to $10m) to basically do residential renovation and flips in the southern California/ Los Angeles Area as well as other targetted areas in the US. South Peak is named after one of the tallest peaks in Alaska, although the company is headquartered in LA. In addition, South Peak may engage in other activities outside residential development, such as trading stocks and commodities. Thus, far the members of South Peak have done over 250 real estate deals.
