Need a new logo, global leader of marine transport x IT company.

We need to visualize the concept “Be a trailblazer” on a new logo. The concept of “be a trailblazer” implies "inspire your team and lead others as a good example". A trailblazer thinks deeply and act, but he/she is not just a solo player, helps others and leads others. By the new logo, we expect that we can share the concept and our employees understand the meaning of the concept. Company's name could be smaller, it is not main, main part is the concept of "trailblazer". See the attached as an example. Usually “trailblazer” evokes mountains, but since we are a part of marine transportation company, we image a new logo more likely to contain ocean and IT elements. Finally, since we have subsidiary companies in foreign countries, new logo must be a global design.
