Bill Goad is President and Founder of CMP Human Resources, a company that specializes in Human Resources and Organization Development for organizations with 1 to over 1000 employees. Bill and his team bring over 30 years of experience in the Human Resources field with several large companies, such as AO Smith and SPX Corporation. Bill Goad has a business degree from Guilford College and a Master’s in Human Resource and Organizational Development from Webster University in St. Louis, as well as a SPHR Certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
Bill created the Collaborative Leader Profile, which is an assessment to determine if someone has the core competencies, behavioral skills, and character to be hired or promoted within an organization. He also developed a behavioral assessment to be used for interviewing potential candidates. This tool has been used in several organizations and has helped ensure that the right candidate was selected. Bill was a presenter at the Toledo SHRM in Ohio and the Roanoke Valley SHRM in Virginia and these tools were well received by the groups.
He is an Executive Coach, certified by RCC. Bill is a Rotarian and works with several local nonprofit organizations.

Small 1 - 50 employee companies and medium size 100 - 1000 employees. I am searching for companies that don't have full time HR onsite. I'm also looking for larger companies that need help with Executive Coaching, Behavioral based interviewing, and Collaborative Team Building
The website is going to be blue and white, so it would be good if the logo had this in it.
The logo might show a partnership....... collaboration....... mentoring......in the field of Human Resources or Executive Coaching
