Current logo is terribly executed, but has the right idea. The facial expression seems "inviting/welcoming/down to earth/humble". It is crucial that the illustration you make also gives this warm feeling, but looks much more professional than this.
Lips slightly smiling, but no teeth showing, NO BEARD.
Also would be great if font could work as a standalone. To improve this logo it is also important to not reuse that circle element, it is terrible. Thank you!
