Committed to a Cure
Committed to a Cure is a non-profit helping women with breast cancer.
We need a logo to go with the three working taglines below:
1) Taking steps to insure a healthy future
2) Leading the path to a cure.
or 3) Leave your footprint on the path to a cure.
Our goal is to have 1 million footprints in Washington DC… you can have a personalized footprint with your name on it, showing your support.
Let the Government know that more needs to be done in the fight against breast cancer… Purchase this “footprint” postcard and we will send it personalized with your name on it to the department of health and human services.
DESIGNERS: Goal is to create a logo utilizing pink footprints and potentially a path. Logo should reproduce well in many sizes and monochrome as well as color. Pink is the theme. (Think pink ribbon, but no ribbons) Also the footprint in the logo will be used to make large footprints we will use in a diecut form to stick on ground at several events leading to the steps of Washington.
Design should appeal to women 30-65, who have had or have family dealing with this devastating disease. They are passionate, committed to helping find a cure and strong minded. Design should be fun but to frilly, and evoke a feeling of helping, taking the right steps, and advancing research and care.
Looking for a treatment on the name - Committed to a Cure
With one of three tag lines above. And a logo that really pulls it all together. Pink is required, but open to shades and styles.
This is a non-profit that helps people but we are NOT design talented so your help is greatly appreciated.
Files should be provided with original source, PSD, GIF and JPG, plus a full monochrome version as well.
Feedback given freely and any questions answered. Designs we cannot use (due to die cut requirements - must be all one piece for footprint) will be eliminated so as not to waste a designers time. We value what you guys do and respect your creativity. Open to suggestions on variations of tag line and logo concept.
Mail us ANY thoughts or questions.
