The International Customer Service Institute (TICSI) is an international membership organization that recognizes and shares global best practices in the field of customer service. TICSI is also the custodian of the first ever global standard of customer service.

We are giving designers total flexibility in producing a quality logo without introducing a lot of constraints. We do not have any color preferences and you are certainly not required to stick with green.
- Something that is professional, modern and creative
- The logo must have a shield
- Two version of the logo - one on a white background and another on a dark background
- Lots of colors - up to 2 or 3 colors is okay
- Not very trendy - something that could last
