We sell Bubble Waffle in different malls. Up to now this has been done in different ways and now we want to create a brand out of it. The target group is very heterogeneous. Standard waffles are bought by young and old, but the most frequent customers are young people from 16 to 30. More women than men. Design more feminine. Many families or people in a relationship. People who like to make a selfie with the waffle and post it on Instagram. People who just want to learn something new. Nationalities are very mixed. Financially rather better earning. More workers, then students, then self-employed.
It should be made clear that these are NOT normal waffles as for example at https://www.wonderwaffel.de
We fear a danger of confusion with normal waffles. On the other hand, the word 'bubble waffle' is not yet well established in Germany.
The design is supposed to convey a taste experience. The homemade dough can be smelled from far away.
