Massage has been used throughout time and across cultures to improve mental and physical well-being, to aid the healing of injury and illness, and to connect mind, body, and spirit. Today, massage is often seen as a luxury or treat, and the array of choices from spas and gyms can often be less than helpful in guiding you to the experience you are looking for.
